This study examines the effect of independent variables namely Liquidity, Leverage, and Operating Capacity on Financial Distress. The subjects in this were all Cosmetics Household companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019. method determining sample uses Purposive Sampling Method. results research first hypothesis indicate that liquidity variable has no financial distress. means a significant influence predicting distress conditions because there is difference experiencing with not second Leverage have an if company high debt good level management, it can finance purchase assets to support continuity activities inventory. simultaneous testing Distress
